PetSupply Halloween Trick or Treat Contest Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

The "PetSupply Halloween Trick or Treat Contest" is open to every West Malaysia residents aged 13 and above (as of 29 October 2021) except employees and immediate family members of Dynamic Infinity Marketing Sdn Bhd (the “Organizer”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies, suppliers and registered resellers. Participants under the age of 16 are required to obtain parental consent prior to participation in the Contest. 


PetSupply Halloween Trick or Treat Contest

The "PetSupply Halloween Trick or Treat Contest" shall be held only in PetSupply.my Facebook Page. Any submission/entries outside the selected post in Facebook will be not be entertained.  


Contest Period
This giveaway will start from 29 October 2021, 8 a.m. to 21 November 2021, 11:59 p.m. The Organizer reserves the absolute right to extend the "PetSupply Halloween Trick or Treat Contest" period if deemed necessary. All entries received after the contest period will be disqualified. Winners will be announced on the 26th of November 2021.

Prizes & Redemption
 1. Twenty (20) participants will be selected.

2. The Organizer’s decision is final and binding and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

3. The winner will receive the following prizes:

  • RM 10 in-store coupon with minimum purchase of RM 100
  • JoyPet Everydent Fingerstall For Dog Cat Brush Teeth during the next purchase along with coupon.

4. Winner is required to submit their personal details (Full Name, IC Number, Contact Number, Email Address for verification) through Direct Message by 29 November 2021, 6.00 p.m. 

5. The prize redemption date will be confirmed and all prizes should be redeemed before 31 December 2021, 11.59 p.m. Collection of prizes later than the given date will not be entertained.

6. Winner is required to type in the provided coupon upon check out in www.petsupply.my to received entitled prizes.

7. In the event of a winner being unable to redeem the prize within the prize redemption date, the winner may provide the coupon to another person to redeem. However, each coupon can only be redeemed once and further redemption of coupon will not be possible.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

9. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of any form of notification to the winners. All costs incidental to the redemption and/or usage of the prizes shall be solely borne by the winners.

10. Participation in this contest and acceptance of the prizes constitutes an irrevocable permission for the Organizer to use the winners’ names and photographs for purposes of publicity and advertisement without any compensation or need for prior notification to the winners.

11. The Organizer shall, under no circumstances be responsible and/or liable if any of the winners cannot be contacted. The Organizer further reserves the full right to disqualify any winner if any reasonable attempt to contact them via any medium deemed appropriate by the Organizer has failed for any reason whatsoever.
